Our Story

Built to close the gap between harvest and table

Sapphire Group started with a simple observation: Kigali's shops faced shortages while nearby cooperatives had surplus harvests with no reliable buyer. We built the connection — sourcing, storing, checking quality, and delivering on a schedule both sides could count on.

Today, that connection spans dozens of cooperatives and hundreds of retail partners across Kigali, with a growing catalog of cereals, legumes, vegetables, fruits, and processed staples.
